travel united states oregon newberg dining clementine
In May of 2026, our sone Wyatt and his family took us Clementine, a new restaurant that had been adapted from an old tavern.
The diningroom was nicely appointed with historic photos, bicycles, scorebords, etc. under an open beam ceiling.
Lynn ordered the Seafood Etouffee and, even though it was quite spicey, enjoyed it quite a bit.
Wyatt ordered an appetiser of wood-fired brussel sprouts that we all shared and were quite crispy and good.
I stayed with a Clementine Burger with two smashed beef paties, American cheese, shreddy letty, onions, and clementine fry sauce on a sesame bun.
It was quite good, but even the fries were a little too spicy (hot) for me.
Lynn thought the meal deserved a 4 star rating. Mine was good, but nothing great.
